Every once in a while, I have a 'come to jesus moment' with my rural roots. I moved to the cities from rural Wisconsin and it's taken me a long time to learn how to live in a city. I learned my feet are my best form of transportation rather than a car or a horse. I learned that the crap you wear in highschool doesn't cut it in the real world. I learned to feel frazzled all the time because that's what city people do - they're too busy to calm down or take a breath.
Well, this is for all you 'city people', as I have (lovingly!) named you. Relax yourself and be calm.
Find beauty in simplicity and elegance in the understated. I found that in this photo & I cannot wait to go home.
